We are seeking an outstanding communicator and hunter for lead qualification and development in the Americas market. This role involves inbound and outbound engagement campaigns and qualifying each opportunity before sending to a Sales Executive.


  • The SDR works with demand generation to uncover and create new opportunities which results in closed business.
  • Connecting with prospects using phone and email and responding to all inbound leads.
  • Procuring quality opportunities on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM and Outreach.
  • Handing over Sales Qualified Leads to the appropriate sales person.
  • Representing Kryon with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications.


  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (selling over the phone, cold calling).
  • US EST flexible work hours (Mon-Fri).
  • B2B sales experience (preferred enterprise).
  • Proven over achievement record with an aggressive hunter mentality.
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills.
  • Methodological and organized.
