The Sales Operations Manager is a key role within the Sales Support group. The Sales Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact for the Sales Team, Professional Services, Marketing, Finance and other departments. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for a Sales Support team who are responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation for new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future sales. The Sales Operations Manager will also be responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other sales support functions.

This position reports directly to the VP Sales.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Maintain and develop regular reporting on key sales metrics, pipeline health and identify trends.
  • Maintain and create dashboards to deliver meaningful insights to the field and executive team.
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast.

Process Management:

  • Drive sales and other process efficiency by identifying gaps, and evaluating / implementing new ideas, tools and processes.
  • Assist and train the Sales and Customer Success teams with quote to order process.
  • Resolve operational issues in close collaboration with Finance and Legal teams. Administration:

  • Play a leading role in the administration, customization and continuous evolution of our SFDC instance.
  • Ensure data integrity with the appropriate level of automation, data validation and user training.
  • Support the Marketing and Support and product organizations with their Salesforce driven and integration requirements.
  • Provide first line of support to our users.

Planning, administration and strategy:

  • Administer sales compensation for both ADRs and field Sales.
  • Produce reporting on territory potential and segmentation.
  • Train and manage one direct report, and future reports as needed to scale.


  • 4-10 years of relevant experience as a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst or Sales Operations in the SaaS industry. Start-up experience is a must.
  • B.S in Engineering or Science is required.
  • super-user and expert in its app ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills.
  • Very high proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
