Harel is a visionary leader and serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the tech ecosystem. Most recently an investor and advisor for startups and VC’s, Harel has held several leadership positions including AVG Israel Country Manager (acquired by Avast for $1.3B). Prior to AVG, Harel led Como (Conduit Mobile), a fast-growing mobile app maker platform. Prior to Como, he founded a visionary startup in the collectibles area, Collcs Ltd., and before that managed an engineering group at Microsoft & Gteko (acquired by Microsoft) ILDC.
Harel Tayeb, CEO
Tomer comes to Kryon with over 16 years of global experience in finance, accounting, M&As, operations, negotiations, purchasing, taxes, legal, HR, and ERP implementation. He previously served as CFO at myThings INC., a personalized retargeting company providing advertisers with display ads in real time. Prior to that, Tomer served as CFO at DVTEL, a developer of IP video surveillance solutions, where he led the due diligence, negotiation and acquisition of the company by FLIR Systems for $92 million. Tomer experience also includes working at top public accounting firms including PwC in New York. Tomer is a graduate of the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School.
Tomer Pinchas, CFO
Shahar brings 15 years of startup experience. He has taken an active role in the Israeli start up market since 2004 as an executive, consultant and entrepreneur. Prior to joining Kryon, Shahar served in VP Business Development, CEO and Co-Founder positions in several startups. As a consultant, Shahar successfully performed dozens of projects, led fundraising rounds and implemented new business and financial models. Shahar holds an LLB. and a BA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the IDC Herzliya.

Daniel brings over 15 years of Sales Management expertise from a variety of enterprise software and hardware companies, and an extensive history of building successful sales teams. As the EVP of Sales at Mango DSP he managed global sales and was part of the management team that led the company to acquisition and an M&A. Later he joined FST Biometrics as VP Sales, building its US and Global sales team. Most recently he was Head of Business Development and Sales at Webyclip where he focused his sales efforts on large eCommerce players such as eBay, Tokopedia, Lazada and others.
Daniel Peled, VP Corporate Sales & GM APAC
Darius comes to Kryon with over 20 years of experience in sales management and business development in the EMEA market, with an extensive background in Robotic Process Automation, BPM and Enterprise Infrastructure. Before joining Kryon, Darius served as the VP of Sales for Kofax, EMEA region, where he was responsible for managing the Kofax Kapow Enterprise RPA Sales and Strategy. Before joining Kapow, Darius was Regional Sales Manager at Gemstone and worked for ATG, Informix and Ingres. Darius studied Technical Computer Sciences in Nuremberg.

Tony brings over 20 years of global business development and executive sales management experience. Prior to joining Kryon, Tony was SVP of Global Sales at Workfusion, where he was responsible for managing the growth of the Workfusion global digitization business. Previously he led numerous companies to successful growth including Sitrion, Acrolinx and Red Dot.

Raanan brings more than 10 years of experience in the hi-tech space, having served in a variety of product, development and customer-facing positions in global companies such as Fundtech (acquired by D+H), Como (Conduit Mobile), and AVG (acquired by Avast). He has led products from ideation, to growth and maturity stages, including products which have gained more than 20 million users worldwide. His focus has been on driving value for business users via web, desktop, mobile and infrastructure solutions. Raanan holds an Industrial Engineering BSc from Afeka College of Engineering.
Raanan Yogev, VP Product
Nathaniel has an exceptional 15-year track record of taking great technology and turning it into scalable, global, and most importantly, marketable products. Prior to joining Kryon, Nathaniel served as VP Engineering at Behalf where he grew and transformed the engineering team to high-traffic and SaaS ready, as the company underwent hyper growth from $4M to $100M. He joined Behalf from STMS, where he served as CTO, leading 40 developers, professional services, IT, DevOps and PM Operations in 6 teams. Previously Nathaniel held senior positions at Dell EMC and Tikal.
Nathaniel Davidson, CTO
Oren is a graduate of the Israel Defense Forces elite computer unit where he served for six years. Oren has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of software development across a broad range of technologies, performing the roles of programmer, team leader, system architect, R&D manager and chief architect. Prior to his time at Kryon, Oren spent seven years at Ness Technologies, a large technology integrator. Oren holds a B.Tech in Software Engineering and Management.

Francine brings over 20 years of hi-tech marketing experience to Kryon. She has managed marketing organizations in multiple SaaS companies (most recently at Panaya – a SaaS provider in the ERP field) and launched a pioneer mobile gaming brand (Microgaming/Spin3) to become the industry benchmark and market leader.

Salo has over 15 years of experience in IT, customer support and project management of IT integration with service providers and large enterprises. He has hands-on experience of delivering robust solutions, at Comverse, Personeta, and Amdocs – where he planned, built and operated Amdocs Cloud services data centers in Europe and the US.

Michal leads Kryon’s global HR, bringing more than 20 years of HR leadership experience in both Israeli and global technology companies. Prior to joining Kryon, Michal served as an independent consultant for several international companies and prior to that held HR positions with Microsoft and Cellcom, Israel’s premier mobile operator. Michal holds a Masters in Human Resources (MHRM) from the Technion and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Haifa.
