Women transforming business through greater productivity and efficiency examine the new workplace reality and what it means for the future

In the roundtable-style discussion, female technology trailblazers will share how they have transitioned to remote work in the wake of COVID-19 and explore the lasting impacts of the crisis.

Sidney recently joined streaming music powerhouse Spotify to create and manage the company’s global Intelligent Automation program, encompassing RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Prior, she led intelligent process automation for a leading global investment firm. Based in New York City, Sidney is a founding member of Chief, a career network that connects and supports female leaders, and currently heads the east coast chapter of Women in Tech.

Panelist: Debby de Gelder, Managing Director, Visma|RAET Netherlands
At Visma|Raet, a leading European supplier of business-critical software to companies, organizations, and the public sector, Debby focuses on continuously improving customer and employee experiences and achieving customers’ human resource goals and strategic business objectives. She previously served in human resources management positions at Dutch telecommunications company KPN
